My psychological state was at its worst when I arrived at the hospital after the painful burn accident I suffered during my work. That day was one of the most difficult days of my life, as no one was with me, and my family was far away from me because I am from Egypt. In the midst of this feeling of loneliness and fear, I met a nurse in the unit. He was like a lifeline for me. He came to me when I felt like I was dying of a cold environment and reassured me with calm words. He explained to me everything that would happen in a simple way, but my fear of the operation was greater than I could control. His hand seemed as if I could not feel it when he was cleaning and dressing my wounds, he was always smiling, and that let my fear lessened. Whenever I asked him for something, he always fulfilled my request without hesitation, and he provided me with extraordinary psychological support. I can only associate him with the best person I have ever dealt with, and I believe that he deserves all appreciation and pride.
