There is not just one single example that stands above the rest when it comes to personifying the qualities of the T.R.U.S.T.E.D. criteria for Adam. Adam consistently imbues the traits on a daily basis. Adam works in the emergency department in Care Unit 4 as a Behavioral Nurse. Care Unit 4 is a place where the T.R.U.S.T.E.D. criteria is often challenged due to situations, pace and nature of the patient care provided.

I have worked with Adam on a regular basis in Care Unit 4. I have consistently marveled at Adam's ability to provide strong, compassionate care to even the most demanding and taxing of patients. I have witnessed Adam enter into a confrontational situation with a patient and through care, respect and understanding produce an outcome which otherwise would have ended in a physical solution. Adam is able to respond to a situation, and with his knowledge and expertise evaluate the needed response appropriate to the patient and situation. Adam exhibits the talent and temperament of a high caliber T.R.U.S.T.E.D. employee.

I have also watched Adam tutor, instruct, take instruction and provide "sounding board" services for other Care Unit 4 colleagues, creating a highly professional and strong team. Adam is also no stranger to personal challenges having rebounded from his own physical set back. I am honored to have made the acquaintance of Adam.
