My wife was recently placed in the care of Baptist hospital due to reoccurring Clostridium Difficile. She had suffered both physically and mentally from this terrible infection which had been ongoing for 3+ months. The ER guys were great, but then we met the "cream of the crop," Adel Griffin. She was charged with taking care of my wife.
My wife and I have been treated at about a dozen hospitals, but none of these visits reflected the care and genuine concern afforded us by Adel. She is so high energy and thorough that it is easy to see that she really enjoys her work and genuinely cares about her patients. She eased my wife through several embarrassing episodes in a manner that allowed my wife to keep her dignity. The kindness and professionalism Adel showed us has cemented a place in our hearts.
