Adele is an amazing nurse. I watch her each time I am in the center and the dedication and attentiveness she gives to each patient is extraordinary. For myself, Adele has managed my schedule, my patient orders, and my demands. When I needed a daily injection, she called the insurance company and had the medication delivered to my home which kept me from having to come in daily. This took many phone calls, but she never gave up. I see and hear her doing the same for all the patients.
For each new patient, Adele sits with them and their family and thoroughly walks through the path they will be taking, not leaving until there is full understanding. Whether it be a medication to be hung, double checked or a difficult IV start, Adele is always there to lend a helping hand. The infusion center is not a place most people wish to spend time, but it is a beautiful serene place where some days I can watch Adele watering the plants in the garden or decorating for the next holiday. It is all done with the patient in mind. Adele is a consummate professional and a true DAISY Nurse. Thank you.
