I was recently a patient here at Vista. Aeron was my nurse. It was a scary and difficult time for me. I was here over my birthday and a holiday. Aeron was a great nurse and comfort. I had to undergo a thoracentesis and he made sure he was there to assist. They wanted to keep the drain in for a while because I had so much fluid. I was in terrible pain; so, he spoke to the doctor and removed the drain for me. He wanted to make sure I wasn't suffering. I had to go for CT tests. He knew I was scared. He was getting off at 7 pm that night. That is when they came up to get me, and Aeron told them he wanted to take me down for the test. He also watched my heart monitor very closely because my heart rate was so high. I can't say enough about Aeron. He is an excellent nurse and leader on the floor. He made this difficult experience a positive one.
