Agnes Bradley provides the patient a level of caring and compassion that is at a higher level. She embodies the needs of the patient where you feel like you are a part of her family. She stops to listen and truly hears what you are saying. With that, she follows through to ensure you are getting the care that is required. She goes above and beyond to be sure that your doctor is following up with you. Her personal care provides the patient a comfort that is lost with so many others as they check a box with your care, rather than really hearing what you are saying and taking the extra time with you.
Agnes gives that extra time to the patient ensuring that all of their needs are met. Her attention to detail while she is with you is comforting. Her communication is with compassion. Her communication is not clinical or cold. She is a true professional. A nurse that is an example of what every sick person needs when they are in the hospital. Her heart makes me warm and feel cared about whenever I leave my treatment.
