From the minute Aidan came into my godfather's room, he put us at ease. He explained everything that was happening with a sense of authority and as importantly, a sense of humor and calm. And he helped get J out of Emergency and up to the Cardiac ward when we thought J would have to spend the night at a bed in Emergency due to lack of space. Thank you Aidan, for making a stressful situation easier!

Aidan is a strong clinician who demonstrates his passion for Emergency Medicine. He presents himself in a professional manner to all patients/families, colleagues, and other departments. His presentation when interacting with people is utilizing the CARES values, behaviors, he ensures their safety and encourages questions and answers regarding the care they are receiving. He utilizes his skillset by functioning independently as well as helping others without them having to ask, especially in critical situations. Aidan does close loop communication to ensure information is addressed and carried out which reflects patient safety.
