Her dedication and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and service make her a standout team member in Specialty Clinic. Aileen has diligently onboarded and followed up with more than 270 patients from the allergy clinic. She ensures their complex dosing instructions are thoroughly managed, coordinates with the Cleveland Clinic and provides comprehensive skin testing for a variety of allergens. Her attention to detail and patient-centered care approach are exemplary.

In addition to her expertise in allergy care, Aileen exemplifies versatility and teamwork by assisting the other specialty clinics (Gastroenterology, Renal and Pulmonary) as needed. Her ability to multitask and adapt across different specialties is a testament to her dedication and skills. Beyond her technical abilities, Aileen fosters a spirit of collaboration and inclusiveness, ensuring that her colleagues feel supported and valued.
