Thank you to Alex for caring for my sister in a way that no one else could.
Alex has been a literal Godsend for our family. He treated all of us with respect and was really big on providing education and awareness about what led to my dad’s stroke. Above all, he treated my dad like a human and was so encouraging and kind. He celebrated our wins with us, advocated for us, and helped to ensure everything was being done to get my dad back up and running. When you have a nurse who is so kind, dedicated, and energized by the work he does, it really shows in all facets.

Alex has been nothing shy of a pure joy to have been part of my dad’s care team. He laughed with us, spent time with us, and truly put everyone at ease. We are so thankful Alex was our nurse, and the world would be a much better place if there were more people like Alex in it. In my dad’s own words, Alex has been a bright light in our lives. Thank you, Alex, for everything.

I am writing as a sister of one of your patients. I came for a visit due to her admission. All of the nurses and patient care people were really outstanding. Their care of my sister was great. Alex listened as I vented my frustration from a visit by an MD. My sister was looking for something to hold onto because, at that time, things seemed bleak. Alex gave her encouragement and listened to what her husband and I were saying. He got her up, and she took three steps and stood. All of which hadn't happened before she was encouraged and felt hopeful for the first time in quite some time. Alex said that he would fight for her to get into acute care, and as of last Thursday, she was able to pass the test and will be heading to a new facility. Thank you to Alex for caring for my sister in a way that no one else could.
