At the very lowest point ever in my life, your staff and team member Ali (Alexandra) was the angel I not only got placed into my life at the perfect time but the person I needed. Beyond being excellent at her job as I'm sure you have already seen and know. She mentally took me from the negative and dark place I was in and single-handedly changed my perspective. Showing me just how special someone can be. Also, just how important someone can make you feel in the effort to save your soul from crushing.

When I first met Ali, I originally was told that I was going to lose my leg after I got out of a 6-hour surgery when I had never previously even been sick. The physical pain I have endured on top of the emotional hardships my family and I are going through and have gone through in this journey almost seems worth it to have met someone as special, caring, loving, helping, and genuinely amazing as Ali! My angel who has forever bettered my life. I wish I could do more to thank you!
