Kaitlyn and Lexi were both truly comforting to me and my family.
My mother was at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, ICU, being treated for multiple complications. During her stay, she was treated kindly and professionally by all. Noteworthy, were several medical staff members who were compassionate in their service. I would like to recognize two RNs for their most commendable actions. RNs Kaitlyn and Lexi, who worked opposite shifts, performed at an exceptional level in providing compassion and comfort care. While all personnel worked well as a team, Kaitlyn and Lexi were hustling non-stop during their shifts. I noted that these two also handled multiple medical emergencies, with other patients they were responsible for, both professionally and efficiently. All the while, they both went out of their way to make us feel like our mother was their #1 priority. They were both truly comforting to me and my family. This was my first experience at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. While the ultimate outcome was tragic, I take great solace in knowing my mother was treated with compassion, care, and dignity. I will forever have positive thoughts and words for Aurora BayCare Medical Center, and the exceptional employees noted above. Individually, they performed well, but the synergy they exhibited by working so well together is commendable. Please convey my utmost gratitude to each member listed above and recognize each for their exceptional performance in representing the Aurora BayCare Medical Center so well. Kind gestures are simple yet have such an impact on people, including reinforcing positive performance. I would like these nurses to know they had a positive impact on me and my family.
