My daughter was recently in Bridgeport's Labor and Delivery Unit awaiting a stillbirth. This was an extremely emotional and trying time but Alexis demonstrated great compassion and understanding. If something was needed, she was right there and even if not needed, she was checking on not only my daughter but all of us. Alexis recognized that each of us was dealing with this situation in many different ways and acted very professionally.
The baby came much earlier than anticipated. Alexis was by my daughter's side, assisting her gently and calmly until the doctor arrived. This was such an emotional time and Alexis was there for help with any procedure that needed to be done for my daughter. Alexis held my daughter's hand literally every step of the way.
