Ms. Antony is an extraordinary nurse and NOD on the night shift. I had several instances of code greens and disruptive behavior. Ms. Antony, eager to help, staffed the unit with extra staff and technicians to assist the team and staff for the change in acuity. She has always been keen and one step ahead to the impulsive and unpredictable nature of GLA/GLB. Ms. Antony has a caring heart and should be recognized and celebrated for the care and safety she provides the staff and the Veterans. I feel like I can always count on her to do her best to provide safety, welfare, and security to the nursing team. Ms. Antony exhibits the ICARE values with the care and commitment to our nation's Veterans. The GLA nurses are so grateful to have the NODs like Ms. Antony and appreciate their hard work!
