The first day I met Alicia, I was very miserable, and not one positive thing had happened the night before. She made sure my day was so comfortable, easygoing, and not stressful. 

She is very professional, and you can tell that she has the experience that all patients hope for in a nurse! She makes me so happy even when I did feel down and out, I totally miss her when she is not my nurse! 

She will do whatever she can to make your stay in this hospital feel like it is home! She has one of the best personalities. She also acts like a mother figure to her patients. No matter how much stress gets put on her, she always has a smile and makes you feel like everything will be ok!

She makes my stay in the hospital feel like I’m not in a hospital! After 35 years of service, I truly think she deserves this award! My wife also agrees and feels much better when she is my nurse. Too bad she isn’t my nurse 24/7! 

Hopefully other patients feel the same way because I would vote 100 more times if I was able to! Especially because she bent over backwards to help other nurses! She is a very hard worker. 

I’m sure she has changed a lot of patients' beliefs about how a nurse should take care of her patients because I’m not the only one she treats this way! My visitors also say good things about her. She goes well out of her way to please all of us! Please consider!
