Rae is remarkable in every way. She is giving, considerate, gentle, respectful and thoughtful. She truly listens with her heart as well as her ears. She is very compassionate. She is focused, enthusiastic, energetic and promotes teamwork as well. It is easy to see her co-workers think highly of her. Rae is decisive and involved in every aspect of her patient's care and goes beyond the call of duty to meet the needs of all her patients. She does it with a beautiful smile every day. This floor is complex, but she handles it with grace and is truly second to none. I was injured some years ago as a K9 narcotics officer, and have had about 40 major surgeries to correct my injuries. That being said, I have had many nurses care for me; but if there was ever a nurse who truly does represent everything that is good and gracious, Rae does!
