Both of my parents were in a car wreck and transferred to Methodist. They have both received excellent care from everyone, but Alison went above and beyond. She is kind, caring, compassionate, and GREAT at her job. If she is ever up for a promotion, she deserves it. She not only coordinated getting my parents to see each other before surgery, but when she found out my mom was going to surgery and that I was not there yet, she called me to let me know and see how far away I was. Thanks to her and my dad’s nurse, I was able to go home and sleep, which is an hour and a half away. The care Alison gave my mom was excellent and meant so much to me that I wish I could do more, but filling this out is the least I could do. She deserves the highest award that she can get! I cannot thank Alison enough!
