Allena continuously provided care with a nurturing and compassionate presence. She was very patient and explained everything she was doing and why, to my mom as well as my sister and me. She made sure to answer questions and made sure that we had everything we needed. Every time she came in, she was patient, comforting, and reassuring. It is obvious that Allena loves her job and has a passion for nursing and the people under her care. Allena was by far the best nurse my Mom had during her hospital stay. Allena left a positive impact on all of us.
