Allie is a very attentive nurse, she shows compassion and care for her patients. One patient reported that "she made me feel like family, and was the most wonderful nurse I have ever had". Allie exemplifies the pillars of Peace Health in all of her day-to-day interactions and patient care. She has come into our new Critical Care Resource Team and made it her home, being helpful in all units and flexible with the needs of the units that she visits. One unit recognized her as "a very valuable resource for their team, her experience and knowledge are inspiring for our nurses".
