Allison Cibulas was absolutely amazing to the staff of SICU/2D on the night of 6/20 into 6/21. There was an extremely ill patient who required hours of rescusitation and we had only 3 staff members for our unit. She stayed with us and ran labs, gathered supplies, answered phones, made calls, assisted with the organization of many teams of doctors as an open ex lap was performed at the bedside. There was absolutely no possible way this patient could have had the interventions he did or that the other patients in the unit would have been cared for if Allison had not been there to assist. It was amazing that she did that. She is amazing and should definitely be acknowledged for her kindness and abilities. I wanted you to be aware that she is great!
