Our 13-month-old son had to make his first trip to the ER while traveling, and we were all a bit nervous as his temperature reached 104. Mom, also a nurse, was very nervous about going to an ER that she doesn’t know anything about. Alyssa took the time to explain their procedure, asked us our opinion on certain topics/treatments, made our son feel so comfortable that he even gave a little smile at the end. By the end of the visit he was visibly feeling better and more comfortable. We are a much more holistic type of family, but we would have zero concerns about coming back, if needed, and getting care from Alyssa. As a business owner, I would want someone like that to represent my business.
