Amanda has been so caring and listening while understanding my needs, communicating with my insurance, and other hospitals to ensure I had a smooth transfer. Her attitude is so positive it is infectious (in a good way!). She takes patient advocacy very seriously and knows that she is a part of a team. Amanda was like a ray of sunshine and hope. She took excellent care of me, she even shared pictures that were on her folder of her family and asked about ours.
