I am recognizing Amanda because of the compassion she showed toward me and my family. She took care of me with love and compassion that made us feel safe and secure. I had a procedure that was done 5 years ago and came back to hospital for 2 strokes that were identified by MRI. I spent two days and they won't do it because of wrong information in my health record and lack of knowledge of my device by the staff. Amanda took time to investigate and advocate for me so the MRI could be done. Thanks to her search and dedication, my test and results were done so we could follow up with my case. Thanks to her dedication, we could proceed with my case. She is a dedicated nurse who shows love for her patients and the nursing profession.
