Amber was very professional but easy to talk to. She made me laugh and immediately put me at ease. Kind and caring, she knew her job. She started my IV on the first try which is not easy to do on me. I nominated her because any needle scares me to death. I have had lots of bad experiences with IVs in the past but she was awesome!
