The Cath Lab sees a lot of sick patients. The ability to stay calm yet effective and efficient is a must and Amber does just that. There was an instance where a crashing patient's family needed comfort and assistance. Amber was at the forefront of this. She manages tough situations in the Lab with great confidence and poise.
Amber has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. She is a great listener. She is very sensitive to patients and co-workers' needs. She is always available to trouble shoot and always has a smile on her face. She is a great team player.
