The terror soon left me because of Amber's professionalism. I was pleased with the procedure. I felt very little pain and couldn't thank her enough.
I had gallbladder surgery today, and I must start by saying that the entire staff was outstanding. They made my time there very, very comfortable. All the smiling faces kept me at ease. There is one staff member I need to single out. She works in the med/surg department. Her name is Amber on the night shift. I had been having a lot of pain trying to urinate. Amber noticed that the scans from my bladder were inconsistent all day and had the forethought to ask me if I had prostate problems. I always had problems with my prostate and told her so. She said that this might be the reason for the inconsistent bladder readings. She placed a call to my surgeon and was told to insert a catheter. Now I must say that due to all the pain I was having I was terrified. The terror soon left me because of Amber's professionalism. I was pleased with the procedure. I felt very little pain and couldn't thank her enough. Hence the reason for this comment. We vets are truly blessed to have staff like Amber in charge of our care. The entire staff at this facility keeps me confident in my care. Everyone here feels like family to me, and I absolutely love it here!
