Amber was assigned as my 94-year-old father's nurse. I want to acknowledge Amber's quiet confidence. This is so calming to a patient who is not feeling well and is uncertain about what lies ahead. Amber went about her duties efficiently and diligently with an authentic spirit. She talked to my Dad, not me, which made him feel heard and cared for. Her explanations were clear and concise. She did such a wonderful job that we were both disappointed she was assigned to a different patient the next day. She is one of the best employees of Logan Memorial.
