I want to write Amer to thank you for his kindness and the motivational support he provided to us on the most challenging day in our lives. We came with my little son, who was suffering. It’s not easy. I was so scared, and I have a bad feeling that I might not see my son again especially after I read a lot on google and. My wife's eyes were full of tears and fear. Once we arrived at the place where they wanted to take my son, we met the angel; he was an amazing nurse. At that critical moment, he appeared, and he was shining with a positive vibe, cheerful and calm. He approached our kid, played with him, and promised us that he would be with him. He spoke gently with us and explained every step in a very simple way with a funny example that made my wife laugh after a full crying night. He patiently answered all our questions. He was not just a nurse but a friend and comforter in a time of need. He will make you feel like you have known him for a long time.

We asked him for his mobile number, but honestly, he refused. He said it was against the rules. We told him that we needed to ask about our kid, but he told us to come and ask about him. Which I never have this service before. We came. After about 2 hours, we told the lady at reception about him. He came to us, and he told us that my son's situation went smoothly and told us everything was going smoothly. And the success rate will be high. My wife told me that god sent us this guy to help us. We feel that our son was safe with him. He assured us every now and then, and he told us to go and have coffee. He was safe.

My wife told me we are very lucky to have Amer. He was the first to deliver the good news; we feel scared when we ask for anything to happen to our kids. I was about to cry when he told me. As I promised, I couldn’t tell you more. Here, I understood that everything went well and successfully, and I prayed to God we came to meet, and he told us the wonderful news. When we went to see our kid, we saw that a nurse was there; he came to us and told us about our kid and how it was very smoothly done; my wife and I want to thank him for his great effort. We always pray to him. And he was what all parents need if they are going with beloved one under the surgery. God bless him and all the team. Thank you
