Professor Frick was one of my very first instructors here at Rasmussen University. From the very beginning, she was so kind and welcoming with open arms, ready to help in any way she could and tackled any obstacle that came her way. She cares about her students and her role as an educator and has been an amazing role model for my health career.

Professor Frick is such a wonderful instructor. She appeals to every learning style. You can see her compassion for the field and for other humans as a nurse in general. She gives grace during unforeseen circumstances but also encourages and lifts you up to make sure you accomplish what is expected. She is helpful even in courses she isn’t teaching but is knowledgeable about. She goes above and beyond for her students! She is an amazing nurse, educator, and person in general! On the first day, when we were all brand new and terrified, she encouraged us, enlightened us, and provided a sense of “we got this”.
