Amy is caring. She was so patient with my family member. She went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable. She made sure I was informed. One day of his stay, I was stressed about some of the decisions that we had to make about our loved one's care. She got comfortable on the couch and listened to my concerns. She made a list of my questions and got me some answers. I was able to have peace that day. Not only did she care for her patient, but she took care of his family.
