My son, who is in NICU, has been treated with love and Amy is always so patient with him and calming. Whenever he has Amy he hardly cries because of the way she talks to him and the way she cares for him. Her gentle touch means so much to me as a parent. Amy made me feel so comfortable with leaving the hospital for a little while as I knew he was in the best of hands with Nurse Amy.
Amy was the only nurse who told me about everything going on step by step, she not only took care of my son she made sure that I, as a mother, had everything I needed.
Amy was amazing, she makes everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable. My son ripped out his feeding tube and Amy was able to get it back in without him crying one time. I was so impressed as I watched her and how gentle and soothing she was. I could definitely see that my son was not a job to her but a passion and love that she has to help these small precious gifts.
