Having been hospitalized for more than six different back surgeries in the past few years, Amy goes out of her way to comfort and educate me without making me feel like another 'burden'. She can always make me smile through the pain. She is positive about her job and coworkers. This nurse collaborates with the multidisciplinary teams to assure that her patients have the best outcomes possible. She displays exemplary core values when interacting with peers, physicians, patients, families and visitors.

In my humble opinion, Amy shows the highest level of professionalism in her care of me. I thank her from the bottom of my heart and 'broken' back. Thank you, Amy, for becoming a nurse. You are a credit to the profession of nursing.
