My grandmother was in the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her husband, daughter, and me (her granddaughter) would call multiple times a day for an update as my grandma was confused and Andrea, not once acted like we were a burden. She always took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything in as much detail as we needed. My grandma can be very opinionated, which can come off as rude and Andrea was a champ with her. Even my grandma couldn't say enough good things. We really appreciate all the love and care she received throughout her stay at Mercy as it was hard no one could be with her.
