Andrea took extra time to explain things to me and was very insightful about my daughter's condition and treatment options. Andrea has a warm and joyful personality and she made my daughter smile as she performed routine tasks and assessments. Tasks that could have been done quickly without explanation instead became fun moments they shared together. My daughter was very interested in learning what the nurses were doing. We told Andrea that our daughter likes to give her brothers check-ups at home with her doctor kit and Andrea created a wonderful doctor kit with a measuring tape, bandaids, the BP cuff we had used and a few other things like that. My daughter was so excited to take her new doctor kit home to try out on her brothers. Andrea helped create a positive memory for my daughter during a very stressful time. We came in afraid and left with a girl who dreams of taking care of people one day like Ms. Andrea does.
