Andrea was very nice, made our family feel very comfortable when we needed her for my grandson she was right there. We didn't have to wait at all. Her explanations of everything were very thorough. She was very pleasant. I would like to thank her for taking such good care of my grandson medically. I have wonderful children, he wasn't alone for one minute, always accompanied by a family member. All family members were there and all commented on what a great staff you have here. All your staff should be commended on a great job, especially his daytime nurse, Andrea.

I did not know what to expect when I arrived here with my son. I was referred from another hospital, I was tired, stressed and had travelled an hour to see what was wrong with my son. Doctors believed he had a tumor which could have been cancerous. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the staff in the ER and everything was going OK. It wasn't until my son was admitted that I realized I was in one of the Best Hospitals around. Andrea introduced herself the next morning and ever since displayed compassion for the situation we were facing, knowledge in what we were to expect and professionalism on how she went about and made sure not only was my son comfortable, but anyone else in the room too. She showed sympathy before we knew what was going on and displayed excitement after the results. She involved herself emotionally in the situation at hand and I will be forever thankful.
