I know this is said about people, but it is true about Angie. When I work with her, almost every patient brings up her name at the end of their stay. There is not a specific situation because she is every patient's favorite nurse.
She comes in a room happy and upbeat, explains just what she is going to do for them. She takes care of their needs before they have a chance to ask. She makes them laugh and comfortable.
She can take care of her patients, run the floor as charge nurse, and help the other nurses all while looking like she is not overworked. This is not just one day, but every day.
