Saint Thomas West is by far the best place. They had the privilege of having my daddy.  In the past 7 years we have spent many times here. Five bypasses (2017), pacemaker (2018), ran over by a tractor (2019) and a stent/defibulator/flat line this year. We thank our doctor and his team so much. Going through this I feel I am an expert on hospital stays for family. Anisha is by far the absolute best. They all are, but she took her job to the next extreme. Patient, understanding, knowledgeable and so sweet. We (my 2 sisters and brother) although we are grown, the fear we felt being here was like we were children. Anisha listened to all of us, found answers to all of our questions. She treated us like people, like family with just as much concern with caring for my dad. This hospital stands alone on excellence but with nurses like Anisha, she has definitely raised the bar. I hope she knows how much we appreciate all she has done, she has made this stay so much better. All the staff were flawless. On a scale of 1-10, Anisha is a definite 11.

I've had too many hospital stays to list. I feel this makes me a bit of a qualified rater. First, I would like to say Saint Thomas is top shelf. We've had nothing but the best doctors, nurses and support staff! But the reason, specifically, for this particular kudos, is our nurse, Anisha. Now, when you consider everyone to be top-notch, my writing says so much about her. I've never had a nurse who had the patience to answer a million questions from my poor daddy, but she also treated us all like family. She never failed to check on all of us every time she came in. She was a true angel, and we appreciate her more than she will ever realize. Being in the hospital is rough, not only as a patient but also as a family member. She made this easier on my whole family. She is a jewel in your facility's crown!

My dad was admitted to Saint Thomas recently. While everyone here is always pleasant and nice, our nurse, Anisha, is a cut above the rest. She goes above and beyond the standard of care. She treated us like family and our dad like he was her own father. It's clear she loves her job because it reflects in how she cares for patients. She was always pleasant and eager to help, never impatient, and always kind. When people are sick and in the hospital, they don't want to be here, they would rather be home. Anisha has made this hospital stay as pleasant as a hospital stay can be. She definitely stands out from any care professional I've come across and our dad has had several.
