Anna is an exceptional nurse (not that any of the nurses were ‘not’ good). We had Anna as our mother’s nurse unfortunately only for a few hours, but in that little time she was encouraging, friendly, and just a delight.
She didn’t just come in and change things and check things and leave. She explained to us what was going on, which is very comforting. She was the only nurse who actually got her lunch all ready for our mom. It is the little things that make a good nurse great, and Anna has those things.
Input from Sofia Ghssoub, Head Nurse:
Anna is very caring, helpful, pleasant, and calm. Since the start of her career at GAMC in 2009, she made her primary goal to provide the best care and customer service to all her patients. She follows all safety practices to protect her patients; she uses her knowledge, skills, and critical thinking to provide safe care at all times.
She continuously works towards growth by increasing her knowledge at best practices. Anna joined the Frail and Elderly PI team in 2010 and shares all information with her coworkers.
Congratulations on a very well deserved award.
