Anna is the perfect example of a nurse. She is very passionate about her job. While my son was in the NICU, Anna was attentive and provided excellent care to my son and me. I saw her holding babies even when it was not feeding time, showing how much she does for the patients. Anna is understanding. It was clear that caring and nurturing are more than a job for her, they are part of her personality. I truly believe my son got better because of her attention and affection in a difficult time. I can never thank her enough for all that she did for my son.
