Anna always pays strict attention to detail when explaining what each medication is and does. If in rare instance she doesn't know the answer to any question she will find out before she leaves. She is very warm and gentle and allowed me the freedom and space to heal while being ever vigilant and response to my needs as a patient. Friendly, funny, she's never failed to make me feel glad to be here.

I have known Anna H. for quite a while. She has fulfilled the I-Care values and then some. She always treats me with a smile and deep compassion. Whenever I am deeply depressed she helps me by listening and then getting experts like the chaplain and VA priest which always helps. She works way above and beyond her duties.

When I awoke from major surgery to remove a tumor attached to my kidney Anna was there to say, "I'm your nurse for today, my name is Anna- Anna Banana". At that moment Anna not only touched my heart, but she filled my heart with joy and peace. She gave me peace and let the healing begin with her great care.
