Anne was attentive to any need and sincerely seemed interested in ensuring that I would get the best healthcare.
With so many health issues, I normally go to a larger hospital that has specialized care teams. When I was admitted for IV antibiotics, the first nurse in my care was Anne. She looked and acted professionally, which was a great first impression and gave me confidence that my past negative experience was now renewed to a positive. Anne was very knowledgeable as to my diabetic needs, heart issues, and could explain all of the various medications I was receiving. She was attentive to any need and sincerely seemed interested in ensuring that I would get the best healthcare. She was also so personable and able to chat with me as if I were one of her friends.
