Arturo Albino serves as a Preceptor and Charge Nurse for the unit. He is always willing to precept and educate new students, nurses, and new employees about the mission and the R.I.S.E.S. values of the organization. He is a strong believer in patient experience and will go the extra mile to advocate for the patients on the unit. In addition, he is well-liked by his co-workers because he will swap shifts just to accommodate his peers for their needs. His willingness to pick up extra shifts and assist his fellow co-workers when needed to perform difficult patient care cannot be overlooked. During the peak of COVID, he was always available to pick up extra shifts to help the needs of our patients and the unit. He is a strong leader and very knowledgeable about the organization's goals.
