Arvie was nominated by multiple patient's family for outstanding and consistent quality of care that he provides to his patients. Arvie always has a positive outlook on life and is very dedicated to his work and to his patients. His bright smile and friendly personality make him an incredible pediatric RN and a fantastic representative for Health Carousel! Arvie contacted me the other day to say he received 3 more DAISY nominations at his facility. He provides wonderful care to his pediatric patients and truly encapsulates what it means to be a pediatric RN. He is an outstanding representative for Health Carousel.

I'd like to nominate Arvie from 3K ITU for the DAISY Award. This nurse should receive the award for excellence in nursing because despite not having been at the hospital long, Arvie has done extraordinary work with their care and tries to be considerate with the rest & privacy of the family. He is very attentive to the needs of the patient and the caregiver. He makes sure to get the room ready for the night. He is polite to everyone and makes sure to help you with anything you may need. He has the sweetest personality and comes in multiple times to make sure you and the patient are doing okay. He is very respectful about being quiet when everyone is sleeping. He is very gentle with the patient. Out of our 5 month stay here at Children's, he is one of the nurses who has stood out the most to us. We loved having him as our nurse.
