Arwa deserves all the appreciation and gratitude I could ever give to her for her kind and welcoming approach. 

I cannot thank her enough for her support throughout my appointment today at the clinic. I was so nervous and already had palpitations before seeing the doctor, and she was there to calm me down and take me through the appointment step by step. 

I requested her to remain with me in the room during my appointment since it was my first time, and she kindly obliged as she could see how nervous I was. She explained to me the process and took a thorough history with utmost attention to detail, and delivered all of my concerns to the physician, who was as kind and supportive as she was. She then ensured that my appointments were well scheduled, as it was my first time to be seen at SSMC, and made sure that I was attended to by the respective officers at the respective departments (appointment scheduling, laboratory). 

Although her supportive, welcoming, and kind actions might seem to be part of her daily activities, they made a difference in me, as they eased a lot of the stress I had following up at a clinic such as the cardiology clinic.
