Ashleigh received a mom post C-section of twins, one of whom was very ill. Ashleigh made arrangements for mom to go to NICU immediately, as to be close to both babies. She checked on mom frequently, medicating her and performing her assessments while mom stayed in NICU. Her empathy and kind consideration for the mother was a perfect example of our core values, most especially reverence, care and integrity. Ashleigh was caring for this mother the day this baby passed into the arms of our Savior. She stayed with and cried with this mother mourning the loss of this precious baby. I am sure this mother will never forget the loving kindness she received during her time with Ashleigh.
