Ashley was our nurse on the second hardest day of our lives. The day we had to say goodbye to our son, our 22-week gestation live birth baby who did not survive. She took so much extra time to ensure we had the perfect hand and footprints. She even went above and beyond to make a 3D mold of our sweet boy's little foot. She shared with us her personal experiences, making her more special to us. Knowing that she had experience in the NICU gave us great comfort. She always knew what to say, how to deliver information appropriately, even the most difficult. This is not something that can be taught. She has a true calling and passion for nursing. It shows in the way she carries herself and in her nursing care.
