My sister had been airlifted and intubated from Eureka Springs. I flew in from Colorado. Ashley was immediately welcoming, open to all questions, and clearly an experienced, knowledgeable ICU nurse. Her calm manner and confidence in the cardiologist, pulmonologist, RT and other staff were very reassuring. My sister was treated with such compassion and impressive expertise by Ashley. We were so comforted having her for my sister's care. Thank you so much. How fortunate we were! Everyone in my family felt the same way. I saw a DAISY on her badge, but she deserves a whole bouquet!
