Ashley was the first person I met. I had less than 24 hours ago been told I had Leukemia. She had such confidence, grace, and patience for me. She answered all my questions and addressed all my fears. That strong sense of reading a person and knowing how to meet their needs is a true gift. She is my warrior when labs are late or there is chemo to attend. She has given me the best medicine of all, laughter! She is going to help me when I lose my hair, and we are going to have fun and help me give me temporary tattoos!! Ashley, with her attention to detail, her true love for her patients is evident every time you are around her. She also takes care of my family. In my eyes, she is an exceptional nurse, but more than that, she's my angel.
