Ashley has been consistent with our bi-monthly touch-base meeting, often catching me up weekly, if not more often! She has far exceeded expectations of professional and exemplary performance. She takes so much workload off my shoulders! We consider Ashley part of our Endo team; we can't do without her! I love how she takes every employee so personally and makes it her goal to teach them! Ashley is always there for questions and is a great resource for our team. She has added value to our staff meetings and is often willing, at a minute's notice, to educate and help as needed! I can't say enough how much she is appreciated by our staff! She is not only a great educator but an exceptional part of our Endo family!

She was so hands-on with my onboarding, helpful with me every step of the way, and made sure I was comfortable. Ashley is absolutely the best educator! She is constantly checking up on us and is always available to help us!

She is an amazing mentor! She is always checking on our new nursing staff and helping them orient to their new job. She is also very supportive of the nurse preceptors. She is always thinking of fun creative ways for us to learn new skills or brush up on old ones. She really cares about the nurses and we can feel it. She is full of sunshine, she brightens the room every time she enters.

Ashley goes above and beyond in making sure everyone has and knows all information to do their job and fulfill all requirements. She comes around our department very often to see if anyone needs anything. She makes herself available more than anyone I know. She shows up quickly and is always ready and willing to help in whatever way she can. Her pleasant and approachable demeanor is unsurpassed. She makes Education fun. I nominate Ashley for the DAISY Award for all these reasons and for her compassionate leadership and excellent work ethic.
