Going the extra mile. I cannot say enough about this woman. I have had the pleasure of working for Audrey for almost 10 years and many of those days she was the reason I felt like I could keep going. She may leave CHRISTUS, but she is never off the clock. I cannot count the times we have been short staffed and she has worked right beside us. She comes in on holidays, morning, evenings and even nights if necessary to help. She tells us when we are doing something wrong, she praises us when we are doing something right and she cooks gourmet meals on a whim, just because. I tell her all the time it's like having my mother at work. There are many days that I leave the ER thinking I can't do this anymore and then I think, "Where will I find another Audrey?". Going above and beyond is an understatement. She is the CHRISTUS Spirit and the CHRISTUS Difference.
