My father was recently admitted to LAC+USC Medical Center. He was in your medical surgical unit for five days. He and our family would like to thank nurse Aurea Ascencio for taking good care of him. She took care of him like he was a close member of her family. She exhibited true compassion for her patient. Out of all the nurses we encountered, she was the best. It was truly a blessing for us to have her on our side.
